WHERE ALL ARE WARMLY WELCOMED!

Grace Church Van Vorst is located in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the metropolitan NYC area. The last decade has brought a massive influx of industry, people and renovations to the area. At the same time, the neighborhood has retained its diverse population and eclectic flavor.

The community at Grace Church mirrors this diversity: performing and visual artists; professionals and tradespeople; straight and gay; Asian, Black, Latino, Indian, Filipino, and white successfully combine in a progressive, inclusive, urban congregation. Creativity permeates all aspects of church life—from innovative multi-media worship to the use of our landmark building as a center for recreation, education and performance. Community, Diversity and Creativity are the hallmarks of parish life.
